In this year’s tournament, the 25th anniversary of ITF, Team Quest came with both Colored Belts and Black Belt competitors, all trained, ready and inspired to prove their best in the respective fields they are competing in.
Here at Quest, we devoted Friday, May 11, as that special day to honor our favorite mothers. The ‘Mommy & Me Taekwondo Class’ held from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. had our students and their Moms enjoying their time together, on and off the mat.
Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican army’s unlikely victory over the French forces of Napoleon III on May 5, 1862. But last Cinco de Mayo – May 5, 2018, it was not an unlikely victory for Quest’s Demo Team who thrilled the crowd at Alta Vista Elementary’s Family Carnival!
Board Breaking is so much fun if you’re doing it the right way – which means you just break the board and not your hands or feet! The secret is Technique. Our students learned this at our Board Breaking Day last April 25, 2018.
