Here at Quest, we believe that Taekwondo is not only a great sport, but also one of the best ways for anyone to stay fit. While many of today’s generation spend their time on electronic devices, we take pride in our students who productively spend their time in our school.

It is part of our aim to help the community by helping kids lead healthy lives.

That’s why we were proud to host three Scout groups in our “Fitness Through Martial Arts” event these past couple of weeks. We had a blast teaching them the basics of Taekwondo and staying active at the same time.

The Boy Scout Troop #191 and Troop #595 were a lot of fun. We hope that these boys will continue to use their time, whether through Taekwondo or other physical activities, to stay fit and healthy as they have fun.

Not to be outdone, the Girl Scouts also came and did what they do best: be fierce and strong. Led by our very own Chloe Towns, it was our pleasure to help Girl Scout Troop #17085 find out just how strong girls can be. It is also our hope that these girls continue to empower themselves, both mentally and physically outside of our school.

Master Vargas, Master Gildo, Master Fernand, Ms. Chloe, and Ms. Maria were delighted to have helped in these events. We hope to see these scouts again soon!

— And thank you to their parents who brought them to Quest for a wonderful experience!
