A 7-year old boy was once asked, “What is Father’s Day?” and he answered, “Father’s Day is like Mother’s Day… except cheaper.”

Hear, my children, the instruction of a father, And give attention to know understanding. – Proverbs 4:1
Here at Quest, we celebrate our dads on Father’s Day and having “Daddy & Me” Taekwondo classes has been an ongoing tradition we observe. Last June 16 was not just a day when Dads showed their kids that they can also do what they do, but more importantly, it was a day that Dads showed their kids that they enjoy doing it more with them.

Welcome Dads to our ‘Daddy & Me’ Taekwondo Class!.

While Dads are hobnobbing at the other side of the room, Kids couldn’t wait to play… Dodge Ball!.

And it’s time now for Dads to Stretch, Warm up with Cone and Ladder Drills, Learn how to Hold the Paddles and Kick the Paddles

While Dads were warming up, at the other side of the room their kids were busy being creative in expressing how much they appreciate their Fathers.

Now, It’s Daddy & Me TAEKWONDO CLASS Time!

Dads Learn how to Break a Board using the Hammer Fist.
And the Kids cheered as Dads were Breaking their Boards! Woo-Woo-Woo!!

Thank you to our Quest Dads for making this another memorable, energy-filled and fun-filled ‘Daddy & Me’ TKD class

Quest Taekwondo is not just a martial arts school — we are a Family! Through taekwondo, dads, moms and kids are able to enjoy the same activity together. This was a day that these taekwondo kids will always remember: “Dad held the paddle while I kicked and punched it, and then he gave me a great big hug!”

Whether you’re 4 or 64, we have classes and programs for all age groups to suit your specific goals — whether it’s physical fitness or the ultimate journey to become a Black Belt.
